Post: Sales Manager

Experience Range: 2-3 years

Location: Mumbai / Pune /

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Candidate needs to Travel Extensively for Generation of Leads.
  • To retain / acquire new retail clients in the specified region/ market, to achieve the sales / revenue target and ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients
  • Would need to create / maintain excellent relationships with clients. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship
  • Drive aggressive push by ensuring high client acquisition rates consistently, servicing them well by ensuring high usage rates, hence giving a higher ROI for client investment.
  • Ensuring that growth targets are met in the defined area/territory.
  • Responsible for coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team members.
  • To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales Desired Skills:
  • Relevant experience in retail sales and must be fluent in communication.
  • Team handling experience is must.
  • Should be fluent in regional language.
  • Graduate/ MBA from reputed institute.
  • Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.
  • Should be extremely good in follow-ups.
